Cannellini Bean

The Cannellini Bean improves everything it is placed in. Ivory-white, smooth-skinned, with a texture so tender and a flavour so delicate that it elevates whatever it accompanies — ribollita, pasta e fagioli, a simple braise with good olive oil. It does not compete with its surroundings. It refines them.
